Cal Amir teaching an introductions session to a small group

Group Coaching Program

One introduction to the right person
can change the trajectory of your life.

Yet most people never work on theirs. This is four weeks of doing exactly that, in a small cohort, with Cal.

4 week program Starts November 15 Live on Zoom

Why this

People decide in 60 seconds whether you are worth their time.

That filter runs constantly, with investors, executives, clients, and the people who could open the next door for you. Most introductions fail it and the conversation stays polite and goes nowhere.

The more AI handles our communication, the more the few unscripted human moments decide who gets taken seriously. This cohort is four weeks of work on that moment.

What you walk away with

By the end of the program You will master your introduction.

Four weeks on one introduction, in a group of eight, with Cal. The full seat adds a private hour on your story.

Here’s What We Cover Each Week.

  1. Week 1Week of Nov 15

    The Open.

We cover why people sort you in the first 60 seconds, and the first layers of the framework: your name and your title. You learn how to make your name stick and give your title a twist.

  2. Week 2Week of Nov 22

    Your Story.

We cover what every strong origin story needs, and why the version people default to is forgettable. You write a first draft of your origin story.

  3. Private hourBetween weeks 2 and 3 · Full seat

    A Private Hour with Cal.

One to one with Cal for a full hour, on your story alone. You work through your story until it is one you would actually say out loud.

  4. Week 3Week of Nov 29

    Delivery.

We cover pacing, what to cut, what to leave open, with live feedback from Cal and the group. You practice your introduction until it sounds like you.

  5. Week 4Week of Dec 6

    The Room.

We cover what comes after the introduction: questions that reach the human instead of the role, and reading a room. You practice the minute after the intro, from the first question to the follow up.

Miss a week? Every session is recorded, and Cal catches you up before the next one.

“Cal helped me unpack my story and say it with confidence. Now when I meet new people it is so much easier to let them know who I am.”

It was pretty life changing. It dug deeper and was way better than I expected.

Q&A

When are the sessions?
The cohort starts November 15 and runs four weeks. Session times are set with the group once seats are confirmed so they work across the time zones in the room. Your private hour with Cal is scheduled directly with you.
What if I miss a week?
Sessions are recorded and shared with the cohort, and Cal will catch you up before the next one. The private hour can move if your week does.
Do I need to be a confident speaker already?
No. Most people arrive knowing their introduction is not working and not knowing why. The framework gives you the structure, and the cohort is small, so there is time for everyone.
How is this different from a workshop?
A workshop is one session for a company or a conference audience. This is four weeks on your own introduction, in a small cohort, with a private hour built in. You go further because there is time to draft, practice, and rework.
What does it cost?
Reserve a seat above and Cal will send the details and confirm availability. Seats are confirmed in the order they come in.
